Administration Assistant (REF: ADM/AA)




Responsibilities:
  • To assist in providing a full spectrum of office administration services
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, office equipment, telecommunications, vehicle license, insurance, air ticket and hotel booking etc.
  • To arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required
 
Requirements:
  • F.5 or above
  • Mins. 3 years relevant working experience in sizable companies.
  • High proficiency in PC skills
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, customer oriented & well-organized
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Clerk.
